The ToLogistiko app for Windows (and what is coming)

Next to the website, ToLogistiko has an app you install on your computer. It keeps your work on the device, so you can carry on when the connection drops — at a customer’s site, on the road, or when the internet is down. The app is part of the Business and Pro plans.

Where to get it

1. Sign in to your workspace on the website.
2. Go to Setup → Apps (Windows, Android, iPhone).
3. Download the Windows installer and run it. It installs for your user only, so it needs no administrator rights.
4. Open the app, type your workspace name and sign in with your usual staff email and password.

What works offline

• Customers and contacts, items, invoices, estimates, proformas, credit notes and proposals.
• Payments, expenses with their receipts, leads, contracts, projects, tasks, time tracking and tickets.
• PDFs and printing, so you can hand a customer their invoice with no connection at all.
• Reports, worked out on the device from what it has synced.

Anything that has to go through the server — sending an e-mail, a payment receipt, or the customer portal — waits until you are back online and says so plainly.

Invoice numbers offline

Invoice numbers in Cyprus must run in one unbroken series. While a device is working offline it can hold the numbering, so the invoices it issues get their final numbers straight away. The website then blocks new numbers until the device syncs, and Setup → Apps has a button to take the numbering back if that device is not available.

Android and iPhone

The same app is being prepared for Android phones and tablets and for iPhone and iPad. They are not out yet — this page and the release notes will say when they are.
