Expenses from receipts
Vendor, receipt number, date, category, VAT, amount and payment method are read from the receipt and filled into a new expense.
Payments from bank slips
On an invoice's Record Payment panel, a transfer confirmation or deposit slip fills the amount, date, payment method and reference.
VAT worked out for you
A total that includes VAT is split into the amount before tax and the matching tax rate, the way expenses are recorded.
Greek and English
Reads documents from Cyprus suppliers and banks in Greek or English.
You stay in control
Every value has a checkbox and a confidence score. Nothing is saved until you review the form and press Save.
Photo, file or PDF
Use your phone camera, drag and drop a photo, or upload a PDF. The scanned receipt can be attached to the expense automatically.
How it works
- Open a new expense, or Record Payment on an invoice.
- Click Scan & Fill and take a photo or choose a file.
- Check the values it read and untick anything you don't want.
- Fill the form and save it as usual.

Does the AI save anything by itself?
No. It only fills the form. You review every value and save the expense or payment yourself.
Is the document stored?
The document is sent to the AI service only to read it and is not stored by Scan & Fill. You can choose to attach the receipt to the expense.
