Show me how: guides that point at the real buttons

Start a guide and a small bubble walks you through your own screens, one button at a time.

Reading the steps is one thing. Seeing them on your own screen is easier. A guide opens the right page in your workspace and points at each button or field in turn, with a short note on what to do. You do the work yourself, the guide only shows where.

Starting a guide

  • In your workspace, open Knowledge Base. The ToLogistiko guides panel at the top lists them.
  • Or press the question mark in the top bar, from any page.
  • Or press Show me how in my workspace in an article of this help centre. Type your workspace name, sign in, and the guide starts there.

Following it

  1. The bubble says which step you are on and what to do. The rest of the screen dims a little so the button stands out.
  2. Click the button it points at, or press Next. When a click opens another page, the guide carries on there.
  3. Back goes one step back, and Close or the Esc key stops the guide at any time.

On a phone the bubble sits at the bottom of the screen. When a step is in the menu, the guide first points at the menu button.

The first guides

  • Export the PDFs of one month (or a quarter)
  • Create and send an invoice
  • Record an expense
  • Add a customer
  • Add a staff member

Each person sees only the guides for screens their role can use, in their own language. More guides are added over time.
