Scan & Fill: reading receipts with AI
Photograph a receipt or drop in a PDF, check the values, save.
Scan & Fill reads a receipt, bill or bank slip and fills in the form for you. It is included in the Business and Pro plans.
- On Record Expense, or in the payment panel of an invoice, click Scan & Fill.
- Take a photo with your phone, drag in an image, or choose a PDF (up to 10 MB).
- Check the values. Every field can be edited and has a tick box, and the confidence score tells you how sure the reading is.
- Click Fill the form, check once more, and save as usual.
- Nothing is saved until you press Save yourself.
- Greek and English documents both work.
- A total that includes VAT is split into the net amount and the rate.
- Each workspace has 200 scans a month.
The document is sent to the AI service only to read it, and is not stored by Scan & Fill. You choose whether to attach it to the expense.
